If a piece arrives damaged/broken you must notify me within 5 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to me for repair. Once repaired, I will then ship it back to you.
Stocked items will ship out in 3-7 business days after an order is placed.
I ship everything USPS or UPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages through these carriers.
